Cancellation & Schedule Modification Policy
Effective October 6, 2026
All cancellation and modification deadlines are calculated using calendar days, including weekends and holidays. The date the request is received by Robotic S.T.E.A.M. will be used to determine eligibility.
All cancellation and modification fees are assessed per registration, per child.
Cancellations & Credits
30 Days or More Before the Program Start Date
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the program start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any credit card processing fees.
15–29 Days Before the Program Start Date
Cancellations are eligible for an account credit, less the applicable cancellation fee:

After-school programs: $150 cancellation fee

Week-long summer programs: $150 cancellation fee

School Holiday Workshops, Weekend Workshops & Single Events: $75 cancellation fee
14 Days or Less Before the Program Start Date
Registrations are considered final. No refunds, account credits, cancellations, or transfers are permitted.
Cancellation and modification fees are nonrefundable and cannot be converted to account credit.
Account Credits
Account credits are valid for 12 months from the date the credit is originally issued and must be applied to a new registration before the expiration date.
The use, transfer to a new registration, or reissuance of a credit does not extend or restart the original expiration date.
Account credits:

Have a fixed dollar value and do not guarantee enrollment in a future program at the same price.

Are subject to program availability and current pricing at the time of registration.

May be applied toward the cost of an eligible future program. Families are responsible for any difference in price.

Cannot be transferred to another family or converted to cash.

Expire after 12 months. Unused or remaining balances after the expiration date are forfeited.
Missed Classes & Programs
No refunds, credits, transfers, or make-up sessions will be provided for classes, workshops, camp days, or other programs missed due to a participant's absence.
This includes absences due to illness, scheduling conflicts, travel, or other personal circumstances.
For multi-day or ongoing programs, missed individual days or classes do not qualify for a prorated refund or credit.
If Robotic S.T.E.A.M. cancels a class or program, families will be notified of the applicable make-up, credit, or refund options.
