Refunds for Workshops, Classes and Events

Cancellation & Refund Policy

There will be no refunds or credits for missed classes. Make-up classes are not offered unless otherwise stated.

General Programs (excluding summer):

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the program start date will receive a full refund, minus any credit card processing fees.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the program start date will receive a credit on account, less the applicable cancellation fee:
    • After-school programs: $150 cancellation fee
    • Week-long summer programs: $150 cancellation fee
    • School Holiday & Weekend Workshops: $50 cancellation fee

Summer Programs:

  • Cancellations made before May 1 will receive a full refund, minus any credit card processing fees.
  • Cancellations made between May 1 and June 1 will receive account credit, less a $150 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made on or after June 1 will not receive a refund or credit.

Kids Night Out:

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more before the event will receive account credit.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event will not receive a refund or credit.

Once a program has started, no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations or withdrawals.

Refunds and Returns for Products and Goods

At Robotic S.T.E.A.M., we take pride in carefully preparing and fulfilling every order. Because many of our items are specialty or limited-quantity products, all sales are final. However, we do make limited exceptions in cases where an order was fulfilled in error.

All merchandise purchased from Robotic S.T.E.A.M. is considered final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to buyer preference, sizing issues, or change of mind.

Returns will be considered only if Robotic S.T.E.A.M. made an error in fulfilling your order, for example if you received the wrong item. To qualify, you must report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order, you must initiate the return request by email, and the item must be unused and in its original condition. If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to process a return.

To begin the process, email Robotic S.T.E.A.M. within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item received. Once reviewed, we will provide instructions for the return if the request is approved.

After the incorrect item is returned and inspected, if the originally ordered item is in stock, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost. If the originally ordered item is out of stock, a refund may be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are not guaranteed and are only issued when a replacement is not possible.

If the return is due to a fulfillment error by Robotic S.T.E.A.M., return shipping instructions will be provided. Customers should not ship items back without approval.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items reported after the 7-day window, items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery, or orders where the correct item was shipped.
