Shipping Policy
Robotic S.T.E.A.M. works hard to get your order out quickly and safely. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 4 business days after the order is placed. Processing time may be slightly longer during peak seasons, special promotions, or high-volume periods.
All orders are shipped through UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey directly through the carrier.
Shipping timelines provided by UPS are estimates and are not guaranteed by Robotic S.T.E.A.M. Delivery speed depends on the shipping service selected and the carrier’s operations.
Once a package leaves the Robotic S.T.E.A.M. fulfillment center and is in the possession of UPS, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, you will need to initiate a claim directly with UPS.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Robotic S.T.E.A.M. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
