Refunds for Workshops, Classes and Events
There will be no refunds or credits given for missed classes. We do not offer make-up classes unless specifically mentioned.
Registrations canceled at least 30 days prior to the start date, or before May 1st for summer programs, will receive a full refund minus credit card processing fees.
Registrations canceled less than 30 days prior to the start date, or between May 1st and June 1st for a summer program, will receive full credit with the following exceptions: After-school programs will receive credit for the full amount minus a $150 cancellation fee. Summer week-long programs will receive credit for the full amount minus a $150 cancellation fee. School Holiday and Weekend Workshops will receive credit for the full amount minus a $75 cancellation fee. Kids Night Out will not receive a refund or credit for cancellations made less than 15 days prior.
Registrations canceled on or after the start date of any program, or after June 1st for summer programs, will not receive a refund or credit of any amount.
Refunds and Returns for Products and Goods
At Robotic S.T.E.A.M., we take pride in carefully preparing and fulfilling every order. Because many of our items are specialty or limited-quantity products, all sales are final. However, we do make limited exceptions in cases where an order was fulfilled in error.
All merchandise purchased from Robotic S.T.E.A.M. is considered final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to buyer preference, sizing issues, or change of mind.
Returns will be considered only if Robotic S.T.E.A.M. made an error in fulfilling your order, for example if you received the wrong item. To qualify, you must report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order, you must initiate the return request by email, and the item must be unused and in its original condition. If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to process a return.
To begin the process, email Robotic S.T.E.A.M. within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item received. Once reviewed, we will provide instructions for the return if the request is approved.
After the incorrect item is returned and inspected, if the originally ordered item is in stock, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost. If the originally ordered item is out of stock, a refund may be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are not guaranteed and are only issued when a replacement is not possible.
If the return is due to a fulfillment error by Robotic S.T.E.A.M., return shipping instructions will be provided. Customers should not ship items back without approval.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items reported after the 7-day window, items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery, or orders where the correct item was shipped.
