Schedule Modifications
Effective October 1, 2026
Schedule modifications include requests to change a program date, workshop, summer camp week, attendance schedule, or other registration selection. All modifications are subject to availability.
A schedule modification does not reset or extend cancellation or modification deadlines. Eligibility for any subsequent cancellation or modification will be determined using the original program start date.
After-school Programs
- 15 or more days before the program start date: No modification fee
- 14 days or less before the program start date: $125 modification fee
School Holiday Workshops, Weekend Workshops & Single Events
- 30 or more days before the program start date: No modification fee
- 15–29 days before the program start date: $50 modification fee
- 14 days or less before the program start date: No modifications permitted
Summer Programs
- 30 or more days before the program start date: No modification fee
- 15–29 days before the program start date: $150 modification fee
- 14 days or less before the program start date: No modifications permitted
Student Pick-up
Families acknowledge and agree to adhere to the student pick up time for programming. We understand that emergencies happen, trains run late, traffic can be horrendous, and things just happen, however, it is important to note that staff have other jobs to get to, classes to attend, and additional responsibilities that are predicated upon students being picked up on time. We understand that it can be difficult to get to pickup on time some days, which is why we always allow for a 15-minute grace period. After that we will enforce the following policy:
- After the 15-minute grace period, you will be charged $20 for each additional 15- minute interval.
